1. New acts added!
Dori Caymmi - Grammy winnning Brazilian vocalist/guitarist/arranger. Celebrating his new release "Poesia Musicada" that just won two Brazilian Music Awards. Mary Stallings - World-class San Fransisco based jazz singer. ADWAAE 7 Women Strong - All female dynamic drumming group. Nat Adderley Jr. - Performs a Tribute to Cannonball Adderley. The Conductors - Family oriented show!

2. Percussion master Bobby Matos has released an amazing new CD "Mambo Jazz Dance."


3. Goh Kurosawa just returned from finishing his annual west coast tour with SHARP THREE, and will be releasing a new solo CD in the spring of 2013.


4. Street Corner Renaissance will be opening for the world renowned Temptations at the Cerritos Performing Art Center on Saturday, February 16th at 8pm.

5. Acclaimed vocalist and contemporary painter Kathy Kosins releases "To the Ladies of the Cool" on Resonance Records which was named one of the top jazz CD picks for 2012 (Notes on Jazz / Ralph A. Miriello). Currently her musical show "The Ladies of Cool," a contemporary exlporation of West Coast Cool featuring songs that were performed by vocalists June Christy, Chris Connor, Anita O'Day, Julie London, is available for bookings for 2013 & 2014 and beyond.

1. Congratulations to vocalist Jackie Ryan! Her CD on OpenArt Productions label, "You and the Night and the Music" is the #1 jazz CD in the nation this week! Click "here" for more info.

2. Legendary and Grammy nominated vocalist/pianist, Andy Bey has a long awaited new CD, "Ain't Necessarily So", that will be released October 30, 2007. He will be celebrating the release of the CD at Joe's Pub, 425 Lafayette Street, New York, NY with a show, featuring Paul Wong on bass and Vito Lesczak on drums. For information, please call 212-539-8770. He will also be performing at the Kennedy Center Jazz Club in Washington DC on November 10, 2007.

3. Vocalist Charmaine Clamor is the first Filipino artist to make it to both the jazz and world charts simultaneously! On her new acclaimed CD, "Flippin' Out" Charmaine combines American jazz and blues with traditional Filipino music, creating a new genre of music she calls, "jazzipino". After a sold out CD release show as a weekend headliner at Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood, Charmaine is currently touring the East Coast where she will celebrate the release of the CD at The Iridium Jazz Club, Sept. 12, followed by performances Sept. 14 & 15 at Cecil's in New Jersey and The Beehive in Boston September 16. 4. The Acapella Doo Wop Group , Renaissance is performing a live DVD recording show this Friday, Sept. 14 at Stage 52 Studio, 5299 Washington Blvd, in Los Angeles. Doors open at 7pm. From 7:30-8:40pm there will be a film showing of "Sam Cooke - Keep Movin' On". Renaissance will perform from 9:00-10:00pm. Please come and be a part of this historic and exciting live taping! 5. We are proud to add world class bassist, John B. Williams to the roster! He has a new release entitled, "Gratitude", with special guest, Nancy Wilson, along with a soon to be released CD of jazz and spoken word/poetry with vocalist Jessica Williams. You may remember John B. Williams as the bassist in the Nancy Wilson Trio for many years or as a part of the famed Arsenio Hall Show "Posse". He is now showing his strength as a leader and it is truly his time!
